Captain Kim Tuna is special to me because it was the FIRST ever Korean thing I ever tried many many years ago when my Korean friend Shina, introduced it to me. I remember her teaching me how to cook my first plate of Kimchi fried rice too.

If you've never tried Captain Kim, you need to! It's been about 15 years since I first had this and I have not bought any other brands of Tuna since. Captain Kim all the way! I especially love using this to make Kimchi Fried Rice. Just like how Shina taught me those years ago - Yum!
