Do note that Australia Post prices occasionally fluctuates. In the scenario where the actual shipping + packaging charge is lower than the price paid, a refund for the difference in shipping will be deposited to your account.
My store has a strict no refunds policy for a change of mind. Every item has been triple-checked to ensure that it is of the highest quality, as described on the product page. In the case of items getting damaged during shipment, or if an item goes missing, please contact me via the contact page. I usually ensure all parcels are wrapped and delivered in the safest way possible but depending on scenarios, I am sometimes happy to either offer a full refund or send out a new replacement item.
